We are excited to announce that Cody Lytton, Executive Director of Danberry at Inverness, was honored with the People award at the 2023 LCS Leadership Summit. This award recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions in driving culture, engagement, and retention in their respective communities.
Life Care Services®, An LCS® Company, manages Danberry at Inverness. The 2023 LCS Leadership Summit was held June 5-8 in Denver, Colorado and brought together leaders from across the LCS Family of Companies. At the event’s award ceremony, Cody was among 15 employees recognized for their exemplary performance in the four LCS priorities of People, Serve, Perform, and Grow.
Cody was nominated for the People award by Jaclyn Gardner, LCS Director of Operations Management, who identified him as “one of the most impactful leaders in the community’s history.” Jaclyn highlighted the many roles Cody has held in the community since starting as a part-time waiter in 2010, and his lasting contributions to Danberry.
